Terms for using the AI Creator Bridge website and submitting brand or creator information.

Website Use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit misleading or unlawful information.
Brand Inquiries Are Not Contracts
Submitting a Brand Inquiry does not create an agency relationship, service agreement, partnership, obligation to accept work, or other contract. Any services, fees, deliverables, and responsibilities must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.
No Guarantee of Campaign Opportunities
Submitting a creator profile does not guarantee selection, a campaign invitation, or any minimum volume of opportunities.
No Guarantee of Creator Performance
Creator reach, engagement, views, conversions, and commercial outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Any campaign terms will be agreed separately.
Creator Content and Intellectual Property
Creators retain rights they hold in their original content unless a separate written campaign agreement states otherwise. Licences, usage rights, approvals, disclosures, exclusivity, and third-party materials must be agreed for each campaign. Website content, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to AI Creator Bridge.
Third-Party Platforms
Campaigns and creator activity may involve third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Their terms, policies, and technical availability are outside our control.
Information Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is current, accurate, and authorized. Website information may be updated as services evolve.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AI Creator Bridge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this informational website.
Governing Terms
Specific campaigns, services, payments, content rights, and deliverables are governed by separate written agreements. If those agreements conflict with these website terms, the written agreement controls.
