A plain-language overview of how AI Creator Bridge handles website, brand inquiry, and creator profile information.

Information We Collect
We collect information submitted through Brand Inquiry and Creator Application forms. We also process limited technical and anti-spam information needed to deliver, secure, and monitor those forms. We do not ask for payment account credentials through this website.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to review inquiries, evaluate creator or campaign fit, communicate about relevant services and opportunities, prevent abuse, maintain submission records, and meet legal or security obligations. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Creator Profile Information
Creator submissions may include name, email address, country or region, languages, public social profile links, content category and niche, audience information, preferred collaboration formats, rates, and additional information supplied by the creator.
Brand Inquiry Information
Brand inquiries may include contact details, company and product information, company and product websites, campaign goals, target markets, preferred platforms and creator categories, budget, timeline, and the message submitted.
Publicly Available Information
For creator research and evaluation, we may review information that creators and platforms make publicly available, subject to applicable platform terms and law.
Form Storage and Email Notifications
Brand Inquiry and Creator Application submissions are stored by Netlify Forms. Netlify may send an internal submission notification to AI Creator Bridge at hello@aicreatorbridge.com. The website does not currently promise an automatic confirmation email to the submitter.
Service Providers
We use Netlify to host and secure the website, store form submissions, filter spam, and send internal form notifications. We use Google Workspace to receive and reply to email. If enabled, Google Analytics measures website usage only after consent. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Data Retention
We retain inquiry and creator profile records only while they remain reasonably relevant to the purposes described here, legitimate business records, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Records are reviewed periodically and may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. You may request earlier deletion using the contact address below.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share relevant information with service providers, professional advisers, or campaign participants when necessary for the purposes described above and subject to appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics
The website uses essential browser storage for preferences such as analytics consent. Optional Google Analytics is not loaded unless a visitor accepts analytics. We do not enable advertising personalization through this website analytics configuration.
Security and Abuse Prevention
We use browser field validation, submission length limits, honeypot fields, Netlify’s server-side form processing, spam filtering, access controls, and limited operational logs. No website form secret is exposed in browser code.
International Users
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
Your Rights and Deletion Requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. To make a request, identify the email address used for the submission so we can locate the correct record.
